By accessing this website, purchasing services, attending events or retreats, or participating in any program or community hosted by No Plan B Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Our Services

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
You will use our services for lawful purposes only

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Services Overview

No Plan B Consulting provides:

Business coaching and consulting
Membership communities (including NGN)
Events (virtual and in-person)
Retreats (domestic and destination)
Digital products, trainings, and resources

All services are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time.

3. Payments & Payment Plans

By purchasing any service, you agree:

To pay in full or complete all payments under your selected payment plan
That payment plans are a commitment, not a subscription
That failure to complete payments may result in collections or revoked access

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order
Limit quantities or participation
Remove access due to non-payment

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

Coaching or consulting services
Membership fees
Digital products
Event tickets
Retreat deposits or payments

If we cancel an event or retreat, you may be offered a credit, transfer, or rescheduled experience.

5. Retreat Policy (Important)

By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge and agree:

Payments & Cancellations

Retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
You are responsible for completing your payment plan regardless of attendance
Travel costs (flights, transportation) are your responsibility and are not included unless explicitly stated

Travel & Liability

You are responsible for your own travel, health, and safety
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, lost items, or unforeseen circumstances

Experience Disclaimer

Retreats are immersive experiences that include group activities, wellness practices, and business discussions
Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control (including weather, travel disruptions, illness, or government restrictions)

6. Client Responsibility

You understand that:

Results are not guaranteed
Your success depends on your execution and decision-making
You are responsible for implementing strategies

We provide guidance, not guarantees.

7. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer

Our services are for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not provide:

Legal advice
Financial advice
Medical or therapeutic services

You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

8. Community Guidelines

We are committed to maintaining a powerful and respectful environment.

By participating in our community, you agree to:

Respect all members
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
Refrain from spammy or aggressive promotion
Maintain confidentiality within shared spaces

We reserve the right to remove members at any time without refund.

9. Events (In-Person & Virtual)

By attending events, you acknowledge:

You are responsible for your own safety and belongings
Event details (schedule, speakers, location) may change
We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages

You also consent to:

Photography, video, and media use for marketing purposes

10. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by No Plan B Consulting and is protected.

This includes:

Trainings
Workbooks
Presentations
Event and retreat materials
Branding and messaging

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

11. User Submissions & Feedback

If you submit ideas, feedback, or content to us:

You grant us the right to use, share, and distribute that content
We are not obligated to compensate or respond

You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party platforms (Wix, Stripe, Dubsado, Circle, etc.).

You acknowledge:

These tools are provided “as is”
We are not responsible for their performance or policies

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Plan B Consulting is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of income, revenue, or opportunities
Decisions made based on our services

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No Plan B Consulting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms

15. Termination

Refuse service
Remove access
